Best acne treatments which don’t burn a hole in your pockets
Hello interweb thanks for reading my another blog post on acne treatments. In this article we will be talking about some of the best acne treatments i have known through my life.
In this article i’ll talk about some of the most important things you need to follow carefully if you want to cure acne.
I had acne since i was 14 and it kept on growing for next 5-6 years. I know the pain, i know how it feels when you are scared to look into mirror. Worst part is while you lose your confidence other keep coming at you making remarks on your skin and suggesting their “magic remedies”.
Drink Water and prevent acne!
Yes you have heard about the benefits of water for acne treatments and believe me its worth the hype it gets for curing acne.
Let me explain you how it works, water clears our body with toxins. Water dilutes the concentration of toxins in our body and flushes out them when we urinate.
So its important you keep drinking about eight glass of water everyday, remember it’s for your own good. Your skin will be detoxed and retain the required amount of moisture.
Proper Sleep and get beautiful healthy skin!
You might find it unusal but sleep is crucial for your skin, when you are sleeping your body gets some time to regenerate the body cells. The constant damage made by UV rays and other factors is fixed when you sleep.
Cutting hours on your sleep can cause hormonal dis-balance and you know what happens next.
By proper sleep I just don’t mean a long sleep, being on bed for 8 hours is no good if you are not comfortable or half asleep. Regeneration works only when you get a deep sleep for 6-8 hours. So take your time find out what makes you comfortable, it could be mellow music or a reading your favorite book. Find out what it is and sleep for healthy 6-8 hours in a silent comfortable atmosphere. If you live in a loud neighborhood you can get white noise instruments which help in getting a sound sleep.
Another thing about sleep is that make sure you don’t lie down with your face touching pillow. I know some people like sleeping in their chest with face on pillow but when you do this all bacterias in your pillow can transfer to your skin and you wouldn’t want that.
In Part 2 of this blog post i’ll talk about acne products and review them, subscribe to my rss feed to stay updated. Check out links above and leave a comment down below.
