How to treat ice pick acne scars? please help me :(?

I am a boy of 20 years, I can take care of my face very well, I wash moisturize daily, and all that. I have dark scars really bad acne, I can use to get rid of them. oh and also something that can be used to get rid of spots and blackheads? Well, I have bad acne, so I went to the doctor and I have a medicanes for it and it worked very well .. i stopped using it for a long time, and recently, my acne was horrible! It's very red!
