My skin is peeling really badly?

I woke up in the morning, and my face felt very tight. So I looked in the mirror .. and peeling so badly. Everywhere was just ... peel. It was too dry and ... I do not know why! I've changed my face wash or initiate anything new. It is not red or anything ... and not harmful. It's just ... peeled! I've been using Proactiv for three months. The reduced to once a day because of dryness, and is not helping at all. Does anyone know why? Or how to fix this problem? It is really bad

fusicort've been using more than one year or so ... stopped and now I have acne on my face .. No notable .. but many of them! small red dots around my face .. on my cheeks, chin, everywhere ......... Never had severe acne before ... WHAT SHOULD I DO .. I can use facial cleansers, Bioderma, salicylic acid and facial .. I have used all other types of creams out not workingggggggg HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP Solution: this advice help me much hope
